Tokay will not leave the bottom of enclosure!

Originally I posted asking for help with my tokay gecko staying at the bottom of her enclosure. Was advised to get a taller cage as she was originally in a 18x18x24, so I got a taller cage. She’s still staying at the bottom. She went into the process of shedding as well after I changed cages, but she had stuck shed after that and has had stuck shed for about 2 weeks (some on the top of her head and some on her toes). I figure this stuck shed to point to husbandry/humidity issues. I took her to the vet for this as well as a bump on her toe I believed to be stuck shed leading to a cut off in circulation. Vet advised I help humidity issues by increasing live plants at the top of the enclosure and misting the top more so. I did that, she’s still staying at the bottom and the humidity is still at around 15% at the top, where the bottom humidity is around 60%. Her substrate is bioactive with topsoil, mixed with orchid bark to increase humidity, live plants, a drainage layer, isopods for cleanup, and sphagnum moss.

I also am not sure if she’s eating, since she refuses to eat from tongs or hand feeding, and the crickets i can’t really keep track of bc of how much coverage there is plus the substrate. I mean it’s hard to even find her at times bc of how much coverage there is. But no matter what when I look in the same spots towards the bottom, there she is both night and day. I thought about switching to paper towels to ensure her droppings are good and that she’s eating, but at the same time I’m worried it’ll stress her more/the humidity at the bottom will go down. She seems healthy? Doesn’t seem to be losing weight. But idk. I’m at a loss!

I attached pics of the top vs bottom thermometer/hydrometer, as well as the amount of coverage on the top of her cage to show that lack of hiding spots isn’t rly an issue here. Any advise is welcome :,)
