lake atitlan 2.5 day itinerary advice

Hi, i have about 2 and a half days in atitlan and i am wondering what is the best way to spend that time. Mt hotel is in panajachel, we arrive there in the afternoon. This is my current itinerary:

Day 1- arrive to hotel, explore panajachel town at night

day 2 - ferry to san marcos, explore san marcos, then take ferry to santa cruz and do stand-up paddleboard during sunset, then take ferry back to hotel
