What do you think of this cage? Recommendations under €100?

Hi, I want to buy a cage with more space for my hamster, but I don't have any furniture to put it in. I was thinking about this option, which is already a piece of furniture and has a good window? Do you think it would be a good option? If so, can you send me ideas for decorating it? Can you send me other cage options, thank you :)
