charging problem after ios 18 update

i updated ios 18 around a few weeks back even with the 18.01 update recently. but my iphone 12 pro have not been charging when the cable is plugged in. i asked my friend he told me its because apple is making us use mfi certified cable, but even when i use mfi certified cable the percentage is either going down or not changing. my battery health is at 90% and it have been replaced at official store a few months back. i changed to different cables and different power socket but nothing works. can anyone help?
