I don’t know what to do

Okay, so I don’t know what to do.

Here’s my situation: I’m almost 21 years old and have $70K CAD in savings for a rental property I plan to buy in a year. I live with my parents and have no bills to pay, which I know is really lucky.

In less than two months, I’ll be starting my career as an electrician. I also started mining KAS in 2022, but I didn’t buy any—so right now, I have 100K KAS.

With this big dip happening, I’m wondering if it would be a good idea to invest $5K CAD to get closer to 150K KAS. I know this sounds like a great scenario, but I’m a naturally stressed person, and I just need to hear other perspectives.
