Faint and heart palpitations after quitting weed.

Hi guys I am 40 days clean from smoking the devils lettuce. since I have stopped smoking I’ve had these very bad migraines accompanied by dizziness or lightheadedness as well as on and off heart palpitations such as the feeling that my heart is sinking. I’ve noticed that these increase gradually throughout the day and is the worst at night. I was wondering if anyone on here could help or recommend any methods on how to help with these. If anyone else has the same issues aswell please leave a comment as it’s starting to worry me that there is something else going on. Thanks in advance ☺️
