No guns allowed sign outside a mall (?) in tripoli

Wtf happened for them to put a no guns allowed sign out. Idfk why but I laughed so hard when I saw it (and the thank you for your understanding is so ridiculous). What a magical country we live in.

Note: I'm going to predict that one person will prolly say they never knew there was a mall in tripoli and they're right because Tripoli Square is more like a center than a mall in my humble opinion.
