I need help
I’ve posted about this before, but I’m hoping I can get some good advice about what I should do. Today I moved my leopard gecko into a 36x18x18 with a background made from insulation board and spray foam. I cannot get the temperatures to where they need to be. I’m in Canada, and my room easily gets to 60F even during the day. Right now I’m using an Arcadia halogen 50w which I hear isn’t actually that great for them, so is there a different bulb I should use? I’m also using an 80w Arcadia deep heat projector with a thermostat. The probe for it is maybe five inches from the bulb and I’ve set it to 90. I just cannot get the temps right. The warm side is 66, as is the cool side. The basking spot is barely 70. I really need some help, I’ll attach my enclosure down below. (It was supposed to be bioactive but plants and isopods aren’t available until the spring)
