Anyone relate?
I’ve been steadily losing around 2.5-3lbs a week (I weigh 276 rn so that’s right around 1% of my body weight) since I started my weight loss journey. My problem is now that I’ve gotten used to losing that amount it almost feels like I’m not losing enough. I do have history of ED’s so I’m trying to ignore that feeling and recognize that I’m losing at a healthy rate for my weight. Has anyone felt like this? What helped you move on from that feeling?
Context bc my post isn’t long enough: My sw was 315lbs, 5’8 Cw: 276 Gw: 190-180
I’ve been losing weight for 3 1/2 months now and am down 39 lbs currently
