Beckman’s Tech Support Is Hot Garbage

Our chemistry analyzer is literally pouring unknown liquid from underneath. My 1st call attempt to tech support was over 3 hours ago, never got a call back after being put on the “call back list”. Decided to call back an hour ago and have gotten no one at all, but have been assured that my call is very very important to them. 😂 I seem to remember these guys having better tech support years ago.
