10 jabs in & starting the gym today!
Just an exciting journey update for me. My husband and I have signed up to the local health club! I still have a long way to go on my weight loss journey but I am hoping to build a good routine to help but also continue on with after I hit my goals.
I am nervous as anything because I don’t want to look ridiculous working out but if I don’t start I’ll never look or feel how I want to.
I also really want to be a good role model for my kids & show them exercise can be enjoyable and part of life. Not a chore. So I am hoping to get them signed up in March time too.
