How many clicks?

I’ve been on 5mg for 2 months and have the 5th dose left to take before I move up but I’ve hit a plateau for the last couple of weeks. I’m thinking of using the last dose and counting 30 clicks on my new pen to make 7.5mg but not sure if I’m working it out correctly or if it’s safe to do?
