In need of some heavyweight TPU/PU double coated nylon!

I'm working on a DIY project and wondered if anyone can recommend a good source to buy a small quantity (1-2 yards) of heavyweight, heat-sealable TPU double coated nylon?
I’m trying to match a sample that I obtained from Matt Pope at www.DIYpackraft.com, but unfortunately he's not willing to sell the fabric by itself. The sample I received was described as "black nylon with TUP coating both sides, 450 g/m2 (13 oz/yard). The fabric is very smooth, with one side being shiny, and the other side being more matte (see attached photos). Any fabric similar to this (polyester or otherwise...and at least this heavier, if not heavier) would work for my project.
