Who were the Jamal Murray's of past generations

Only been following the nba for the past 5 or so years and was wondering who were comparable to Jamal Murray from the past. Someone who at times can be the best player on a court full of stars, but is so inconsistent that they don't have the accolades to show how good they could be at their best
