Z30 webcam?

I'm thinking of picking up a Z30 to use as a WebCam with my Mac M3. For simplicity sake I would prefer not to use an HDMI capture card. I mostly use this for recording Webinars in stream yard, and paid events over Zoom and Microsoft teams. What's the maximum resolution I can record (in something like Streamyard) if I'm connected via the USB cable? Will I be unhappy with the quality?
