Does Ontrac ever successfully deliver packages the first time without ANY issues?

Everytime I order something that’s shipped using Ontrac, I already know it’s either going to be stolen/lost/delayed.

This has been consistent for me and it’s just them lol I hope this company closes because the amount of stress and frustration they give me is 📈
