Has anyone witnessed this dangerous monstrosity of a ‘dog walk’??

He was walking about 20 dogs, half of which were reactive and barking. I can’t imagine a world in which he would be able to control all those dogs if a fight broke out between themselves, another dog or god forbid attack a person/ child!! Not to mention the massive amounts of dog poop not getting picked up that must be trailing everywhere he goes.

I’m not usually one to want to report everything, but this seems like a tragic accident waiting to happen.. thoughts?
