Is a GPU bottleneck necessarily a bad thing?
I’m very novice when trying to understand the ins and outs of this stuff so please be patient. I’m playing a game called “Grounded” on my RTX 4090 with 32GB ram. My settings in game are high (just below max Epic setting) frames are also capped at 60. My GPU sits pretty high up especially in crowded areas in the game with objects around. While my cpu sits at around 7%. Now I’ve heard this is bad, but also at the same time I’ve heard it’s good. So what is it? Also a side note, Grounded is known to be a GPU intensive game and this could just be a byproduct but I’m not sure. Please help a noob understand
