Blueprint Suggestion for Louisville Penthouse

I have around 300 hours in the game. and i am a very beginner player. This is the second run where i am staying in Louisville. I stayed in the Villas by the river earlier. but i wanted a penthouse this time. I cleared out a building. and am currently in the process of building gates and fortifications. I am planning this layout but i know how this game is now and i know that i am surely missing something. Please give suggestions
