Sapphire RX 580 being disabled.

Windows keeps disabling my GPU with no warning. It was happening before and after a fresh Windows install so I don't think it's a driver conflict. I'll be in a game, screens go black, but the PC is still on. Restart, GPU is disabled and I have to enable and reinstall drivers.

There's no other symptoms that I've noticed and it's been happening across various games and driver versions. I've been monitoring temps and it doesn't seem to be overheating.

Anyone know what the fuck is going on or how to fix it?
