Parcel from UK to Ireland delayed. Process for customs?

I’ve recently ordered a parcel from the UK to Ireland with the initial courier being ParcelForce.

The item was picked up on the Monday 2nd August and was exported relatively quickly on Wednesday morning 4th August.

So 15 days and counting and the Parcel has yet to be picked up / scanned by the courier on this end (An Post).

Does anyone know what the delay is here? ParcelForce say it’s not trackable after export. An Post say they can’t tell me anything until it’s picked up.

Not sure how it’s stuck in limbo for so long. Even spoke with customs who said they don’t have it and if they did they would notify within 24 hours.
