Asylum surgeons ring

Hey Guys,

I completed a 2nd run of the broken home quest and did it under 37 mins for the asylum surgeons ring. as shown below,

but i havent gotten the ring? i spoke with the girl outside and she just gave me an xp lamp. wht did i do wrong?
