Nonprofit Salary

I’m interviewing for this nonprofit SF admin position and want to know if their benefits and salary are acceptable for admins who are already in the ecosystem.

I’ve never had a full time SF admin job before but working as part time consultant and with 2 years of experience with another CRM. I also have project management experience and some basic data analytics skills.

The job is fully in person, salary range is 70-87k, and no 401k until 2y with them.

I wonder if this is acceptable for a nonprofit salesforce admin role.
