Accidentally had a NSFW piece published with my real name

Hi all - I am currently somewhat freaking out. I submitted a risqué piece (not erotica, but a fiction piece that did mention sex/pornography) and thought I put my pseudonym but it turns out I did not. The press published it, which usually would be great news but now I'm spiraling about my digital footprint. I emailed them to change it to my pseudonym, but am just worried the damage has been done.

To clarify - I currently am employed but am worried about employers in the future or possible family members finding the piece. I keep reminding myself it is a small indie magazine, but obviously background checks find a lot.

Anyone have experience with this or have any advice?
