Do customers who take their WFH jobs and bring them to Starbucks bother you?

For the past two years, I've noticed a woman who sets up a full office in a store I frequent. I typically pick up mobile orders at varying times. She sets up and works in store from 8 AM - 6PM. She uses a large laptop, two monitors, plug everywhere, and a headset for her job at a ticketing company. I initially thought, for months she might be doing corporate data collection for Starbucks.

I’m not sure if it’s the loud phone calls with her customers and family members, or the space she occupies that bothers me. I occasionally work there too, on my laptop, limiting to 2 hours but the length of time and frequency…just gives me “the ick” per se.

Baristas, do you encounter similar situations? How do you feel about customers using your store as their full-time workspace?
