getting around Huangshan

Hey, I‘m traveling to China soon. One stop is in Huangshan City and I’m planning to visit the Yellow Mountain and also Xidi and maybe Hongcunzhen.

Can someone help me what’s the best and cheapest way the get to the mountains and also to the small villages from Huangshan city as a base? Is there any local buses going there?
