Are passengers really that bad?

Honest question.

I use Uber 10 times a week to drop off/ pick up my child from school. I pay for the round trip ($30) and tip $10 twice a day for a total of a 20 minute ride. I mind my business in your cars, don't make noise, and always have an easy pick up location.

The way I'm reading yall talk about riders who ask for a round trip is shocking.

Are passengers treating you so poorly? How can we be better?
