Little Black Flies Everywhere

I have these little black flies flying though the different rooms of my home. They generally gather on the window glass about the kitchen sink. I also find them on the window glass in the living room and bedroom. I also find them flying low to the ground in the bathroom. I’m losing my mind by cleaning all day to get rid of them but it’s not working, I’ve been mopping, cleaning all surfaces of 70% isopropyl alcohol, and also using drain fly cleaner in the drains

Any idea what kind of flies these are and how to get rid of them?

Location: Northeastern United States. Currently the temperature is around 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
