Week 7 today. No changes whatsoever. The only change is that my sleep has gone to sh*t.

Sorry all, I'm just tired and grumpy, but i would've thought perhaps it'd be working by now. I go to sleep okayish but wake up numerous times and every night I've woken up at 5am, I'm wide awake and I stay awake.

Should I stop now and try something else? This can't be good for me.
