Total Tech Changes: Just become Costco

As a now former employee I've gotta say, and I've said it for years. Best Buy knows memberships are the only way they'll be able to retain any sense of brand stability, so just become Costco/Sams Club instead of beating around it. Set the expectation that if you want access to tech in person, it's $30 a year to be a MyBestBuy member. Keep total tech, that's fine and good, but otherwise, build your brand explicitly around members. Hell, throw in the rotisserie chickens and I'd be at Best Buy every day.
