I give up too easily. How do I change this?

Every time I try to start something new, whether it’s studying, working out, or any personal goal—I find myself giving up almost instantly. It’s like I’ve already convinced myself that I’ll fail before I even try.

I know a big part of this comes from my past experiences. I’ve failed before, and now my brain just expects the same outcome. It’s frustrating because I want to change, but the moment I hit a small challenge, I just stop.
