Which heroes need a rework in your opinion?

Well, so here is the thing (no not The Thing), What characters would you want reworked if it was up to you? To me it would e Hulk and Thor. Not because they aren't strong necessarily, but because they are two of my favorite characters but I don't like their gameplay loop. They just aren't satisfying, and it got even more blatant for Hulk when The Thing was added. It's so much more satisfying to play as him then the Hulk. And Thor is just meu, nothing really feels special about him imo.
