S23 Ultra Beta 2 feels far less stable (SIDELOADED VIA ADB)

I sideloaded the first beta due to a carrier lock from my phone's previous owner, and the phone was generally rather snappy and responsive. While it remains so, on the new beta which I have also sideloaded from ADB ocasionally freezes up, especially from using gemini live without the gemini window focused which always causes System UI to crash. Is this happening to anyone else?

Another issue which I'm facing is that the screen does not lock quickly. If i press the side key it waits for a split second and then just turns the screen off which feels weird and disjointed. I'm wondering if this is a problem with the method through which I've added the update or if the second beta is really that buggy.

I'm hoping it becomes more stable but at this rate I'm worried it'll get worse, not better. Has anyone else had these issues? And if so **please** report them on samsung members as I can't.
