Just now, I'm using Smart View (rarely DeX), and I noticed that my flagship S23 (WTF Snapdragon 8 Gen 2???) drops the refresh rate to 60 Hz instead of adaptive 120 Hz. When I close the Smart View connection, everything returns to the previous settings.
