Bandages dissapearing???

So I’m kinda pissed right now. Not gonna lie. I just lost a character with +2000 kills just cause I took out my neck bandage to clean it and it insta dissapeared from my inventory, just vanished, I had no time to rag some piece of clothing and just bleed to death.

Just came here to ask if this is something that it is supposed to happen (like if the bandage breaks or something) or if it’s some kind of bug. It was a sterilized bandage that only got removed ONCE. IIRC I’ve cleaned the same bandages a dozen times in others characters. Why would this one dissapear??
