I think I’m gonna have to have some vaccinations soon am I’m freaking out

Like they are not that obvious they’re flat but the light makes them shiny and since the people vaccinating me are like medical people they will probably know what it is and I’m literally having an anxiety attack evertime I think abt it. What do I do ???
