Worked in customer service 30+ yrs. I’ve never worked for such an uncaring management team. 7 yrs here. They’re new. The hours cut in just the next two weeks will cost me $700. I’m a single mom. No one to fall back on. I’m not ignorant to corporate ways, but holy shit, WTF!
