It looks good. However, can i ask what soil mediums you used? Pic can be deceiving but looks like a heavy soil. If so a chunky soil is great for Aroids as they like lots and lots of oxygen to the roots. Other than that it looks beautiful! 😊.

I reused some soil from my planter outside it had a lite mixture of pearlite, lava rocks, bark and some sand. 🙏🏼 Ty it makes me feel better. I also noticed some droplets of water coming out of the tip of their leaves so I'm hoping that's a good sign?

That so much soil for that small monstera is a bad idea unless you are extremely cautious that can end in a root rot pretty easily
